Sync fail error in mobile offline application when saving case



While saving a case on the iOS application, the 'SYNC FAILED - Retry' message displays intermittently.

Error Messages

[Log] 1558610953032||2||||ClientStore failed. Sending failed event, code: Error Domain=com.pega.PMClientStoreErrorDomain Code=6 "ClientStore synchronization already started." UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=ClientStore synchronization already started.}, ClientStore synchronization already started. (user-script:7, line 66)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open an assignment on the mobile offline application.
  2. Click the Save button.

Root Cause

The 'SYNC FAILED' message displayed when an error occurred and the ALREADY_STARTED (which is an error) case was not excluded.
