System details do not get displayed in AES

User has 14 JVMs for their application. In Autonomic Event Services (AES), user can observe the Node Health.

When they click on the Summary tab, getting "screen cannot be rendered".

On the reports tab, the Average Browser Response Time does not display data. On The Requestors tab,  clicked search and got an error.

Error Messages

screen cannot be rendered

Steps to Reproduce

1. On the enterprise health, click on the system link, which has 14 nodes.
2. Click on the summary for all nodes.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment:

By default, PRPC only has 5 threads available to run children at once, and one Requestor can only request 10 children although this can be tuned.

And, the error message was due to hitting the default PRPC limit on child Requestors when AES was configured to monitor several PRPC nodes.

Perform the following local-change:

Add a Dynamic System Setting as:
Ruleset: Pega-Engine
Purpose: prconfig/services/maxrequestorchildren/default
