Summary
System displays "Lock Lost" screen when there is a page message, and user selects another flow action by other action menu and submit that flow action. .
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
1) Open a flow action.
2) Submit the flow action with a scenario that a validation is failed and a page set message appeaser.
3) Open another flow action by selecting one from other actions menu.
3) Submit that flow action.
Root Cause
ReleaseOnCommit param in the first step of the activity ProcessAction is accidentally checked and caused the issue .
Resolution
HFix-9870 has fixed the issue
