System page is inaccessible from the email service.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use service email
  2. Access the system page from the service email activity

Root Cause

System pages were accessible only to the authenticated requestors.


Perform the following local-change:
  1. Enable authentication in the service package of the service email rule
  2. Enter the operator username and password (which has access to the access group in the service package) in the email listener rule requestor details section
