Summary
Pega Platform 7.2.2 is upgraded to Pega Platform 8.1.5 and have the Pega Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Pega Marketing available.
Post the upgrade, the system performance degrades, and CPU and Memory utilization is high on the client-side.

Upgrade Pega Platform 7.2.2 to Pega Platform 8.1.5.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Performance degraded due to the Layout groups.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.1.8.
