Summary
Post update to Pega 8.2.2, the Development environment performance degrades and the system is unusable. A large volume of database Time alerts pile up and servers are recycled. The system is unusable in an hour.

Root Cause
According to multiple PEGA0005 (and associated PEGA0044) alerts that are greater than the set threshold, the issue was with SQL: select pzPvStream as "pzPvStream" from xxx_DATA.pr_data_admin where pyEnableAuthService = ?.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the index to the pr_data_admin.
