System-Queue- entries are generated in large number
User has experienced that System-Queue- entries are generated in large number, but not getting processed by Agents. Most of the queue items are "System-Queue-FTSIncrementalIndexer". The Agent is running and the queue items are more than 1,500,000 items and it is still growing. Most of those are in scheduled state and not been picked up.
Steps to Reproduce
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Note: HFix-23948, it is a ‘FNIBUM’ ( Fix Not Installable By Update Manager) just a difference in terminology that in Pega 7 ‘Update Manager’ is now called as ‘Hotfix Manager’.
