Summary

System performance degrades during logins and when transitioning between screens. This occurs only in the QA environment.

Steps to Reproduce

Root Cause

A ruleset migration was performed between the Dev and the QA environments. The migration used a RULE-ADMIN-PRODUCT (RAP) file that contained rules required for the migration. Therefore, rule instances were omitted from the RAP file during the migration to the QA environment.


Resolution



Perform the following local change:

Add the missing rule instances to the definition in the RULE-ADMIN-PRODUCT configuration.
