System Scanner does not show special hotfixes



After installing some hybrid or "Fixes Not Installable By Update Manager" (FNIBUM) hotfixes to the environment through direct file import using the wizard, the fixes are not seen by the System Scanner.

Steps to Reproduce

Install a hotfix ".jar" and run the system scanner report afterwards.

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

Hotfixes that are not installed via the HotfIx Manager cannot be traced by it either.

​ As the System Scanner is part of the Hotfix Manager, it cannot see hotfixes that are installed via the Import Wizard.
