System scanner fails to obtain the list of installed hotfixes
When you run the system scanner to display a list of installed hotfixes and click the refresh button for the Hotfix Catalog, you encounter a socket exception error.
Popup: The page at [location] says: A Socket Connection error has been encountered.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to System > Release > Hot Fix Manager Manager > System Scanner and click the refresh button to observe the issue.
The root cause of this problem is that the operating environment is behind a firewall and cannot access the PDN directly to download the Hotfix Catalog file.
Download the catalog on the PDN manually at the following page:
Use the link for "Latest Catalog" and save the CATALOG.ZIP file (do not rename it). Upload it to your server on the System Scanner page with the "Choose File" option rather than using the refresh button which commands your server to download it directly.
