Summary

The standard System Usage Summary report shows no users even though users are accessing the system. The Hourly and Daily Usage reports display data collection, but this is not propagated to the System Usage Summary report. This issue is specific to DB2 systems.

Steps to Reproduce

Run the System Usage Summary report.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
The System Usage Summary report does not accept values from the Daily Usage table because the table cannot be accessed correctly in the DB2 database.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

In the Tomcat context.xml file, set the following lines:
connectionProperties="currentSchema=<data-schema-name>;
currentFunctionPath=SYSIBM, SYSFUN, <data-schema-name>;
where <data-schema-name> is the name of your database schema.
