Summary
Administrator configures an Operator record to remove the system-user-recents privilege and set pyMaxRecentsCount property to zero.
Despite these changes there are still System-User-Recents entries shown in Global DB trace logs.

1. Remove Operator system-user-recents privilege.
2. Set pyMaxRecentsCount to zero.
