SystemCleaner Agent not purging pr_perf_stats table data

SystemCleaner Agent does not seem to be truncating PR_PERF_STATS as configured and leading to performance issues.

This issue is leading to performance issues identified in PEGA0005 in the Alerts logs.
User is looking to find the root cause for the issue.

Error Messages

PEGA0005 alerts were observed in the Alert logs

Steps to Reproduce

Set higher retention period for Log-Usage data and monitor the environment.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules having performance issue.

The instances in this Log-Usage class provide a cumulative history of past system usage across all Pega Nodes and all Requestor Types hence having huge volume of data.

Having more retention period will bring down the performance causing PEGA0005 alerts.

Reduce the Log-Usage Retention Period value in prconfig.xml file:

   <env name="usage/retentionperiod" value="nnn" />
