Tab and click functionality not functioning after FW upgrade
After upgrading to Pega Customer Service 7.22 (CS) from 7.13 CS, Work objects are not getting opened when we are trying open them from the worklist in CSR portal.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Log into the system and launch the interaction portal.
2. Click on work object Id to open that.
3. Observe that nothing is happening in screen.
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
In 'CPMPortalGadget' section user is making use of CSJSONScriptInclude for the events.
But JSONScriptInclude file for CSR portal and CSJSONScriptInclude for the other portals like interaction portal and CPMAccount manager portal.
Pega added a When condition in 'CPMPortalGadget' section for loading the script file based on the portal.
