Tab click does not focus on filter icon

Summary

First tab click focuses the entire header column. The second tab click focuses the inner DIV of the header cell before focusing on the sort or filter icon. This occurs in the Internet Explorer browser.

Steps to Reproduce

Apply a filter on a grid.
Use the Tab key on the filtered grid .
Ensure HFix-39599 is installed.

Root Cause

Through HFix-39599, a tab-index=0 attribute was generated for the <TH> element. This was attributed to the problem. The problem that Hfix-39599 was attempted to resolve occurred due to a custom control.
