‘The Tab contains Error Message’ tooltip does not localize

Summary



User is unable to localize tooltip, "The Tab Contains Errors", message which appears on tab header of the Tabbed Repeat layout.
User installed HFix-7896, but the issue persists.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Create a Tabbed Repeat layout with input as a pagelist property.
2. Configure validation using validate rule for some of the properties present in this pagelist.
 3. At runtime, provide wrong values in the fields of Repeat layout and click Submit button.
 4. On Tab header observe the red cross (X) mark with tool tip message 'The Tab Contains Errors'.
 5. Create a field value rule with field value 'pyMessageLable' for this message. Observe that this message does not localize.


Root Cause



This message is hardcoded in Pega_ui_doc JS file.
HFix-7896 resolves the issue only for Tabbed layout. For Tabbed Repeat layout this hotfix does not work.


Resolution



This issue is resolved by HFix-22284.
