Summary

There are several sections in the same screen. To move from one section to another section, one must press the TAB key twice.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create dynamic layouts with header.
2. After reaching last input element in the first layout press TAB key.
3. Observe that the focus is not getting set to first input element in the next layout.
 

Root Cause

When focus reaches last input element before a layout which has header and on press of TAB key focus gets set to header of the layout.

And on next TAB key press focus moves to first input element in the layout.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior as focus is set for the header of the layout as well.
