Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.

The IE11 issue of " /n " not creating a new line is a browser specific issue.
When page is refreshed with a case already opened in a tab, case name is getting hidden due to height issue in tab title as user has increased height of tab in the custom js file.

This issue is resolved through the following local-change :

Add following styles to tab layout Active text and Inactive text attributes:
  • Add White-Space: pre-wrap fixed '/n' character issue in IE11.
  • Set line-height:100% to resolve the issue of extra space.
