Tabbed Repeat grid with column table does not work correctly

Summary
In one of the columns in a Tabbed Repeat grid, a table is defined on a Page List property. JavaScript alerts related to NullPointerException in SafeURL display when the section loads.
Error Messages
NullPointerException in SafeURL.put(key,value) {FormError}, {undefined}
NullPointerException in SafeURL.put(key,value) {FieldError}, {undefined}
NullPointerException in SafeURL.put(key,value) {pyCustomError}, {undefined}
NullPointerException in SafeURL.put(key,value) {FormError}, {undefined}
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the My Workplace tab.
- Click the Open button on a case.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
The design used a deprecated layout (Tab Repeat) with multiple section includes and large content in the contained grid with no Paging enabled.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Enable the Defer Load on the section includes.
- Switch from Tab Repeat to Dynamic Layout with tabs.
