Tabbed repeat misaligned when last tab is in focus

Summary
On clicking the last tab in a row of a tabbed repeat layout, the remaining tabs shift and are misaligned.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a tabbed repeat layout.
- Click the last tab within the first row.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The CSS for the tab Anchor element, when the tab was active, caused the misalignment.
Resolution
Update to Pega 8.2.2 where the Tab structure is refactored to use Span elements.
