Login to application
Search for a Patient/Account
Open a record
Add some Updated options from Action button.
ROOT CAUSE &
Resolution
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.
We found that the issue is due to “padding” parameters for “TABANCHOR_process” element in PFUFCSSEnhancements css rule .
Changing it to “padding: 0px 0 0 0px” helped solve the issue.
