Task Description of Service tasks ari incorrect
Upon browser crash and session restore, clipboard page "D_CPMServiceCaseRecents" has an incorrect value in pyLabel property and service tasks in the left-hand navigation menu are incorrect.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log onto the system as ‘casysadmin’ / install.
- Launch Interaction Portal, using New > Demo Pop – CONNOR.
- Add two tasks, ‘Address Change’ and ‘Lost or Stolen Card’.
- Launch New > Demo Pop – BROWN; Add two tasks, ‘Modify Account Links’ and ‘Update Contact Address’.
- Crash the browser by ending process in the Task Manager.
- Reopen the browser, a ‘Restore pages’ popup shows up, click on ‘Restore’ button.
- Check Ms. Connor’s Tasks. Notice that the ‘Lost or Stolen Card’ case label is changed to ‘Address Change’, which is not expected.
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. After restoring the interaction portal the TaskRule page is not populated for the focused the intent task.
