Task Description of Service tasks ari incorrect



Upon browser crash and session restore, clipboard page "D_CPMServiceCaseRecents" has an incorrect value in pyLabel property and service tasks in the left-hand navigation menu are incorrect.

Error Messages

Not applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log onto the system as ‘casysadmin’ / install.
  2. Launch Interaction Portal, using New > Demo Pop – CONNOR.
  3. Add two tasks, ‘Address Change’ and ‘Lost or Stolen Card’.
  4. Launch New > Demo Pop – BROWN; Add two tasks, ‘Modify Account Links’ and ‘Update Contact Address’.
  5. Crash the browser by ending process in the Task Manager.
  6. Reopen the browser, a ‘Restore pages’ popup shows up, click on ‘Restore’ button.
  7. Check Ms. Connor’s Tasks. Notice that the ‘Lost or Stolen Card’ case label is changed to ‘Address Change’, which is not expected.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. After restoring the interaction portal the TaskRule page is not populated for the focused the intent task.
