Tasks in My Spaces not updated when using MS SQL

Summary
The application is configured to use the out-of-the-box Spaces and users can create Spaces and Tasks in My Spaces. However, the Tasks display in a particular state and cannot be updated and are thus unusable. This occurs intermittently when using MS-SQL database.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Space.
- Define a few tasks.
- Move the tasks (multiple times) to different statuses using Drag and Drop.
- Ensure that each task has data populated accurately and the Deadlines are set to a future date.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
In MySQL, the pxUpdateDateTime is rounded off. Hence, the Task Updation logic displays a Stale error.

- Pega Platform 8.3.2
- Pega Platform 8.4
