Text area count is wrong

Summary
When user is clicking "Enter" in textarea, the count is decreased by one character but when user performs some action and comes back to the screen, the count is decreasing by two characters. User want to decrease the count initially by two characters.

Steps to Reproduce
- Include a text area in UI with Max length as 1800.
- Enter text of length 1800 with new lines and save.
- Observe that text gets truncated from the end.
Root Cause
Textarea count is wrong when the textarea content is sent through form submit.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34161.
