Text area remaining character count changes upon save

Summary
After enabling the character count feature on a text area, the count changes after saving a case.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a text area with character Count enabled.
- Enter content including newline characters.
- Click Save.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The newline characters were handled incorrectly in the character Count.
Resolution
Apply HFix-55128.
