Text property displays twice in the exported Excel file

Summary
A text property displays twice in the exported Excel file for which the TextAreaWithExpand control is used.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a text property and use the UI control as TextAreaWithExpand
- Refer this property in a report definition
- Perform an Export to Excel. The exported Excel file displays the value twice
Root Cause
This is a limitation with custom controls functionality in Export to Excel.
This issue is not limited to TextAreaWithExpand control but to all non-auto controls that have toggling display of property value where the markup contains property value multiple times.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Change the control in the Export to Excel.
Alternatively, enable 'Ignore formatting when exporting to excel' on 'Data Access" tab in the rule form. This ignores the control formatting while exporting the report to Excel.
