Text set in data transform not localized

Summary
You are facing issues for localization of data transform. Text set in the data transform is not localized.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a data transform which sets a property value to text "Submitted Successfully".
2. Configure the data transform to be used in the Post-processing action in the flow action.
3. Display the property set in the data transform in the UI.
4. Test the use case in Spanish Locale to observe that the text is not localized.
ROOT CAUSE &
Resolution
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.
This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:
Save the data transform rule in the respective localized ruleset (For example: RulesetName_es for Spanish).
