Summary
Multiple thread contentions related to the RequestorLock occur. As a result, some requests (such as, reload section) take a lot of time to process.

Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here's the explanation for the reported behavior:
In the logs provided, only two or three threads are involved.
By design, the application processes HTTP requests from a particular user individually. Hence, when two requests are received in a short time, the second request must wait till the first request is processed.
However, there is no issue if the contention lasts for a few milliseconds.
