Summary
On exporting a report definition to PDF, the Time format changes from 12-hour format to 24-hour format.

Steps to Reproduce
Export a report definition to PDF.
Root Cause
The Report Viewer has a querytimestamp field with DataTime as the control. This has the 'Display 24 hours format' checkbox selected. This value is added to the Parameter page and is not cleared. As a result, the other DateTime fields displayed in the 24-hour format.
Resolution
Apply HFix- 54456.
