Timeliness Category [within goal] displays Total Item Count

SA-46171

Summary

Timeliness category function, in report definitions, does not display the count of assignments in that category. The total assignment count displays instead.

For example, use the below three Timeliness categories as parameters to the Pega out-of-the-box Timeliness function in the report definition. Below is mathematical explanation for these categories:

Category: Past Deadline

The number of cases Past Deadline is equal to the number of assignments where .pxDeadlineExecute is filled.

Formula: Npd = N(.pxDeadlineExecute != null)
For example: Npd = 237

Category: Past Goal

The number of cases Past Goal is equal to the number of assignments where .pxGoalExecute is filled, but not .pxDeadlineExecute.

Formula: Npg = N(.pxGoalExecute != null) - Npd
For example: Npg = 237 - 237 = 0

Category: Within Goal

The number of cases Within Goal is equal to the number of assignments where neither .pxGoalExecute or .pxDeadlineExecute is filled.

Formula: Nwg = Ntotal - N(.pxGoalExecute != null)
For example: Nwg = 306 - 237 = 69

Resolution

As a local-change, in the Summarize field, change the Count function to SUM.
