Tomcat is not starting correctly

Summary
Pega Admin is not able to start the Tomcat instance with PRPC installed.

Root Cause
JAVA heap size(JAVA_OPTS variable) was not defined correctly in the setenv.bat file causing Tomcat to fail to allocate right memory in the heap for Objects to launch Pega application.
Resolution
Following line was introduced in the setenv.bat file under Tomcat's BIN directory
set JAVA_OPT=-Xms1024m -Xmx2048m -XX:PermSize=62m -XX:MaxPermSize=348m -Djava.awt.headless=true
