Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to a localized (of any language) instance of Pega Customer Service for Healthcare (CSHC) 8.2
  2. Launch any interaction and click Intent tasks
  3. Hover to check the tooltips. The intent tasks are not localized


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution

Apply HFix-54049.
