Top header does not display on opening assignment

Summary
The user has Pega Customer Service 7.4 on Pega Platform 7.4.
Unable to close a newly launched assignement.
Top header does not display while opening an assignment in a service case.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an interaction
- Launch the address change service case
- Open any service assignemnt from the customized grid
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
The user has an implementation where worklist is displayed in an interaction service case context. Due to this, the D_CPMPortalRecents data page does not populate correctly.
Resolution
Apply HFix-57461.
