Tracer error after enable url encryption
Summary
After enabling the urlencryption and SubmitObfuscatedURL, user was unable to launch Tracer functionality provided in Designer Studio.
Error Messages
Alert message:
Connection ID is empty. Please restart tracer.
Log error:

Steps to Reproduce
1. Enable urlencryption by adding these lines into prconfig.xml file and restart the node:
<env name = "Initialization/SubmitObfuscatedURL" value = "true"/>
<env name = "Initialization/urlencryption" value = "true"/>
2. Try to launch Tracer from the Designer Studio.Root Cause
Issue was due to the defect in the in Pega 7.1.8 code.
Resolution
Apply HFix-25201.
