Tracer tool does not work when URL encryption is enabled in Pega

Summary
Tracer tool does not work on enabling URL encryption in Pega 7.2.
Error Messages
HTTP Status 404: Invalid URL used in request
Steps to Reproduce
- Add the below settings in prconfig:
<env name="initialization/urlencryption" value="true"/>
<env name="initialization/SubmitObfuscatedURL" value="required"/> - Open SMA > Requester Management:
a) Select the requester of the logged in User.
b) Click Tracer.
Root Cause
When the trace request was from the System Management Application (SMA), the trace URL launched remote tracing, where the tracer URL did not encrypt.
Resolution
Apply HFix-38203.
