Transaction error when new service case is opened

User create a new Service case and works on it. Then, that user opens another Service case from the Recent Interactions, and tries to process it. After this when the user goes back to the original (previous) S case, a Transaction error is appearing on the screen.

Error Messages

"This action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction".

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch a new intent (S- case) from the Add task button on the Member 360 screen.
  2. While the intent is open, try to open another S- case from the Recent Interactions and try to process it.
  3. Once the S- case from the Recent Interactions is processed, close the case and come back to the original S- case mentioned in step 1.
  4. Try to perform any action on this S- case and observe the error "This action not allowed... "

Root Cause

When opening I-Interaction in new window the context is inappropriate and this action is not currently supported.
