Transfer(Work-) FlowAction does not display 'Transfer to' option

The Transfer(Work-) FlowAction does not display 'Transfer to' option.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a case and add a stage
- Navigate to Configure > Application > Inventory > Relevant Records
- Enter 'Work-' in the ClassName field
- Add 'pyTrasferAssignment' to Relevant Records
- Switch back the Create case
- Switch to 'optional actions' in the 'Work Flow' tab
- Click on +ACTION in 'Case wide actions'
- Select More and select 'Transfer' in 'User actions'
- Run the case and navigate to From Action Menu > Launch Transfer Action. An empty list displays in 'Transfer to' field

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-44074.
