Translation of chart legend labels does not work

Summary
On rendering a chart in a report definition, the chart legend labels are not localized when the column is of Date property.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report definition
- Define a column with values that are supported or translated by pyCaption.
- Display the values in the chart as content.
- Run the report.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-52125.
