Tree grid header text is not visible

Summary
After upgrading PRPC from PRPC 5.5 to Pega 7.1.5 the header of Tree grid controls are not rendered.

Steps to Reproduce
Click on "View Meeting notes in hierarchy" button.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment. Some features and functions developed in PRPC 5.5 may require Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) compatibility mode function to as intended. This was the case for the Tree grid controls. Pega 7.1.5 should not generally be used in compatibility mode however (as described in the Platform Support Guide), thus these features will need to be upgraded and/or replaced eventually.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by making the following change to the PRPC operating environment: Enable IE9 Compatability mode.
