Trend chart drilldown does not match chart display

Summary
User has configured the trend charts with report definition.
During the runtime, on changing the locale value in designer studio settings, the chart drill down displays wrong data according to the time zone provided. Timezone conversion is done for the chart display, but when drilling down from a chart, timezone conversion is not factored in.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Setup a report with a chart.
2) For the chart, utilize a datetime field and display by day.
3) Provide data for the report that has a GMT timestamp that falls in one day and the localized timestamp falls in a different day.
4) Observe that on the chart the data will appear correct on the localized day, but on drilldown the result will be different.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules, that is introduced due to the changes made for BUG-233064.
Resolution
Apply HFix-32005 to resolve this issue.
