Trying to filter with null gices an SQL error

Summary
A list view column contains null and not null values. If the user try to filer the null values only by using quotes, it shows an SQL error message
Error Messages
** There was a problem getting a list: code: 936 SQLState: 42000 Message: ORA-00936: missing expression
Resolution
It is not possible to filter the null values using list views. As a workaround, reconfigure report to use the newer Report Definition. Create a repeat grid sourced by the Report Definition and enable filtering. Apply HFIX-8083 which enables filtering of blank values for Report Definitions.
