Steps to Reproduce

  1. Steps is Quoted Status wasnt coming for them.
  2. Designer Studio->Decisioning->Infrastructure->Social Media Metadata->Twitter.
  3. Enter the Credentials needed for twitter.
  4. Click on Retrieve MetaData.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. For generating connector metadata for twitter retweet status we use a sample of 100 random tweets from Twitter. However those 100 tweets may not have any retweets among them. We need an approach where the user can guarantee a retweet will be captured for connector metadata.

Resolution



Apply Hfix-30496
