Two RC 62 fields do not appear after applying HFix-9059

Summary
According to HFix-9059, if Has the Cardholder provided a letter stating that he/she neither authorized nor participated in the transaction? is answered as No, the following two fields must be displayed:
- For posted amount greater than USD 25
- Kindly provide the conversion rate of posted amount currency to USD

- Apply HFix-9059.
- Answer No to the following question:
Has the Cardholder provided a letter stating that he/she neither authorized nor participated in the transaction?
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-10124.
