Summary



Two work items are not syncing to server for one user after the mobile offline sync.


Error Messages



2017-01-17 09:11:15|error||JSON parsing failed: { NSDebugDescription = "JSON text did not start with array or object and option to allow fragments not set."; }
2017-01-17 09:11:15|error|https.proj.pega.com.prweb.prwebldap2.idh9ukwp8gdsqeja5btfia.5b.5b.standard|JS: Client Store synchronization failed with error 5: The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.

Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules is identified as root cause of this issue.

Resolution



Many fixes related to mobile offline sync process are available in Pega 7.2.2 release. User decided to upgrade to this version.
