TypeError:undefined is not an object ERROR on open of WO

Summary
User has provided an option to access an application via mobile.
If any user is associated with one account and they trying to open the ticket then an error occurs "TypeError:'undefined is not an object".
If an user is associated with multiple accounts then it works fine.
Error Messages
TypeError:'undefined' is not an object (evaluating 'this.errorOverlay.donebutton.setHandler')
Steps to Reproduce
1) Open any browser in mobile
2) Key in success-dev.pega.com, provide credentials.
3) Click on Open Tickets and try to open any ticket
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
HFix-21737 resolved the issue
