Summary
A misspelt error message for Reason Code (RC) 4808, Condition Code (CC) 4 was observed when there is zero value in the Chargeback Amount after applying HFix-9916.
Error Messages
Value Canot be Zero (missing 'n' in "Canot")
Steps to Reproduce
Enter zero value in ChargebackAmount for RC 4808, CC4.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:
IsAmtDecimal Edit validate rule has wrong error message text in Java Code " theProperty.addMessage("Value Canot be Zero"); "
Resolution
Apply HFix-21251.
