The UI is misaligned when using column repeat inside Repeat Grid.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Row Repeat Grid.
- Include Column Repeat Grid for Header.
- Include another Column Repeat Grid for Data.
- Expectation is to align Grids in Step 2 and 3.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error : The behavior is not specific to IE
Resolution
The use case has to be redesigned with repeat grid or any single grid unlike using two individual column repeating grids. (For example, Have a repeat grid in place of Row Repeat and Each column should have section with repeat grid configuration of column repeat page list data).
