UI blocked because of double quotes in Read only expression

Summary
In the Read only expression under presentation tab in the properties panel for a section include the below example format of the expression which includes double quotes is blocking the UI from being rendered.
Top.pyStatusWork =="Pending-ApprovedDraft" || Top.pyStatusWork =="Resolved-Available".
Error Messages
UI is not rendered.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch the Product Development portal.
2. From the Create Menu click on Product Template.
But this issue was not present till ML6. PRPC was automatically taking care of truncating the double quotes to single quotes.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Upon analysis it is found that double quotes in the read-only expression of the presentation tab on a section include is causing the issue.
Changing to single quotes is resolving the issue.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item Hfix-20764.
