UI controls are not working after upgrade

Summary
Custom user interface (UI) controls did not work after upgrading from PRPC 5.5 to Pega 7.1.5.

Run a work flow with custom UI controls.
Root Cause
A defect in custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Dynamic Select controls are deprecated in Pega 7.1. Refer the following for more information:
