UI issues after Pega 7.4 update

Summary
After Pega 7.4 update, Case Manager and Next Assignment label are aligned incorrectly in the portal header.

Steps to Reproduce
- Update Pega 7.2 to Pega 7.4.
- Launch the Case Manager portal.
Root Cause
pyportalheader of Pega7.2 was fetched instead of the updated pyportalheader from Pega 7.4.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Save As pyportalheader to the user's application ruleset.
